My insurance company dropped me (and numerous other FL residents) without notice. My new company required a new inspection and needed it quick. I called Dan and he didn’t tell me when he could work me in, he asked me when I needed him to get here and made it happen. He was early, worked quickly, was very polite & professional, and his rates are quite good. He also gave me some tips on maintenance upkeep to make some tasks a little easier for me. You don’t find customer service like that very often anymore. That stuff alone is reason enough to use his services, but when you add in the fact he’s a veteran and prior first responder it’s an absolute no brainer. Whenever you need a home inspection this is who you need to be calling. Thanks Dan!

Dan came out and did a complete inspection. After his inspection he explained everything in great detail. The written report was very detailed with photos. This is my first house I ever purchase and he did a thorough job making sure I knew what I was purchasing as well as offered helpful tips and suggestions on preventative maintenance. If you are in the need of a home inspection I strongly recommend call Dan, he was amazing! I will Definitely recommend and use him again! Thanks a lot.
